We’re no longer able to take on custom orders that require brand-new measurements outside our existing case designs.
If your request needs a different size, we will review it at our discretion to determine whether we can proceed. When we can’t make a new size, we’ll suggest the closest alternative from our current designs—though it may not include every feature you have in mind.
You’re still welcome to request additional slots if the original design allows for it. If space is limited and you’re requesting extra compartments or slots, please understand that an existing slot may need to be removed if there isn’t enough room to include everything in your custom piece within the given space.
Please also note that I’m unable to accept requests to make cases of vial sizes that I do not have on hand to ensure accurate measurements. There can be exceptions to this but that requires you to have calipers (a measuring tool) to ensure accurate diameter measuring of your vials to design a case.
Once we confirm the details of your request and receive your approval, a custom product listing will be created so you can complete your order and receive an invoice for payment.
