Customized Cases 

Personalization services (designs/text additions) incur an initial $20 customization fee. Once filament is ordered for your selected color, any changes incur a separate $25 modification fee. This fee:

• Must be paid before production restarts

• May further delay your order in our production queue

Cancellations after filament purchase will be refunded minus the $25 fee and any incurred design costs. Please finalize all design choices before invoice confirmation - mid-production changes significantly delay your order.

3D Printing Disclaimer

Please note that all 3D printed items may exhibit natural variations inherent to the manufacturing process. These characteristics include but are not limited to:

• Visible layer lines from the printing process

• Subtle texture differences between prints

• Minor dimensional variances within acceptable tolerances

• Color variations in multi-color prints

Key Considerations:

• Each printed item is unique - no two pieces will be identical
• Multi-color prints will demonstrate noticeable pattern differences

These characteristics are normal and not considered defects

All items undergo quality inspection to ensure structural integrity
