Customized Cases
Personalization services (designs/text additions) incur an initial $20 customization fee. Once filament is ordered for your selected color there will be no changes to the color or design, any changes whether it be the color or design wanted after we have designed your case and started printing will incur a separate $25 inconvenience fee. This fee:

Must be paid before production restarts

May further delay your order in our production queue
Cancellations after filament purchase will be refunded minus the $20 customization fee and any incurred design costs including the inconvenience fee if it is applicable to your order. Please finalize all design choices before invoice confirmation - mid-production changes significantly delay your order.

Shipping and Delivery
Production & Shipping Policy
Operating Schedule:
• No weekend printing (Saturday-Sunday)
• Production resumes Mondays
- Production begins when payment is successfully made.
Shipping Days:
• UPS: Monday & Thursday
• USPS: Tuesday only
Shipping Options:
• $12 flat rate (Free on orders $80+)
USPS Advisory:
The United States Postal Service often experience nation-wide delays. Please note:
- Delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed
- Delays don't qualify for automatic refunds (case-by-case evaluation)
- Customers must contact USPS directly for lost packages, delayed tracking, and/or missing "delivered" items
For time-sensitive orders, we recommend UPS shipping.
Order Assurance:
• Photo proof of all carrier drop-offs
• Unscanned/lost packages investigated
• Refunds issued if carriers fail to resolve
Customer Responsibility: Verify address accuracy

3D Printing Disclaimer
Please note that all 3D printed items may exhibit natural variations inherent to the manufacturing process. These characteristics include but are not limited to:

Visible layer lines from the printing process

Subtle texture differences between prints

Minor dimensional variances within acceptable tolerances

Color variations in multi-color prints
Key Considerations:
- Each printed item is unique - no two pieces will be identical
- Multi-color prints will demonstrate noticeable pattern differences
These characteristics are normal and not considered defects
All items undergo quality inspection to ensure structural integrity

Intellectual Property
All designs are copyrighted by Positive Bunny unless credited otherwise. Unauthorized reproduction or modification of designs is prohibited.
⚠️ Heat Advisory & Package Disclaimer
Please do not leave your packages exposed to heat for extended periods of time. The items are made from plastic materials that may warp or become damaged during extreme heat, especially during summer heatwaves.
While I do my best to securely package all orders with thick layers and ample padding to protect against environmental factors, I cannot control the conditions at the delivery destination. If an item arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, I will work with you to resolve the issue based on the specific circumstances. However, I cannot take responsibility for damages caused by packages being left in hot conditions for prolonged periods after delivery.
To avoid frustration and delays with replacement processes or carrier investigations, please ensure someone is available to bring your package inside promptly—especially during extreme heat or inclement weather. If you’re away, consider asking a neighbor, family member, or friend to retrieve your package for you.
